60 Days or Less Listing Program

 “If I do not sell your home in 60 days, I will sell your home for FREE!”

                                GUIDELINES FOR PROGRAM APPROVAL 

1. Home must be listed and approved by Broker at a competitive market price based off of pending and closed sales within the last 180 Days.

2. After 60 days Co Broker commissions per listing agreement still apply. Prechus Amber Green LLC will receive no sales commission. A $495 Transaction fee to Prechus Amber Green,LLC will be paid by seller at closing.

3. Prechus Amber Green, LLC produces a buyer after the 60 day period a 3% commission will be earned due to no Co Broker commission to be paid.

4. Property for sale must be accessible via lockbox at all times to insure the highest amount of showings can be obtained.

5. Landscaping during listing period must be maintained.

6. No Smoking in property during listing period.

7. In the event of cash sales or quick closings seller must be able to vacant property in time agreed via sale contract.
